ABOUT US

Born and brought up in Barcelona to Irish parents involved in the Contemporary art market. Following school in London, enrolled in the Christie's Fine Arts Course (1979-80). Joined Christie's South Kensington immediately afterwards as a porter in the Furniture department then spent 11 years running the following departments : Clocks, Garden Furniture & Architectural Fittings, European Works of Art. In 1990 left Christie's to set up as an independent antiques dealer and art consultant.

Born in Florence to Italian and German parents. Gained a degree in Translation and Interpreting from Sprachen und Dolmetscher Institut, Munich, then worked in the Press Office for the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, Milan (1988-1992). In 1993 moved to London,  enrolled in the Diploma course at the V&A's Study Centre for the Fine and Decorative Arts, then worked in the following  companies:  Gurr Johns Angier Bird, Fine Art Valuers and Consultants(1994-96),  Sotheby’s press office (1996) and  Trinity Fine Art Ltd (1997-2005). Works alongside Santiago as advisor and facilitator.
